Warranty Periods:

​

• Vans: 6 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

• Cars: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

• TAXI/Commercial vehicles – 6 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

All gearboxes supplied and/ or fitted by us are covered against manufacturing faults and workmanship defects during the warranty period.

All gearboxes fitted by us are supplied with the correct gearbox oil. Customers are responsible for monitoring their vehicle for oil leaks or faults after installation. Continued use of a vehicle with a known oil leak or low oil level, resulting in gearbox failure, will not be covered under warranty.

Gearboxes supplied for delivery only are not supplied with oil due to transportation requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct oil is added before use. Failure caused by insufficient or incorrect oil will void the warranty.
